MembersIntel is built and operated by Caseproof, LLC — the team behind MemberPress. These terms are the agreement between you and us for membersintel.com and app.membersintel.com. By creating an account or using the service, you're agreeing to them, and to our Privacy Notice, which explains how we handle your data.
You need to be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Keep your credentials to yourself — what happens under your account is yours to answer for, so tell us fast at trust@membersintel.com if you think someone else has gotten in. Give us accurate account details and keep them current.
MembersIntel is an AI advisor for membership businesses. You connect your WordPress membership site, and the advisor reads your members, transactions, subscriptions, and engagement activity to answer questions and give advice about your business. There are two plans: Free, and Pro at $19.95/month, which covers your first connected site; additional sites are billed as a monthly add-on at the rate shown on the pricing page. What each plan includes is described there too, and can evolve as the product does.
Pro is billed monthly through Stripe, and renews automatically until you cancel. Eligible accounts start Pro with a 14-day free trial: you pay nothing up front, and unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts automatically into the paid $19.95/month subscription. You can cancel anytime from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, and you keep Pro until then. If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry and tell you before anything changes. Refunds: [TBD — Allen: refund policy]. Prices can change, but never mid-period and never without notice before your next renewal.
Your data stays yours. Connecting a site tells us to sync its member, transaction, subscription, and engagement data so the advisor can work from it — and by connecting it, you warrant that you have the right to share that data with us, including whatever notice or lawful basis your own members are owed. For the member data you send us, you are the controller and we act as your processor under our data processing agreement, available on request via trust@membersintel.com. Disconnecting a site deletes the synced copy immediately; what stays and what goes is spelled out in the Privacy Notice.
Don't use MembersIntel to break the law, to process data you have no right to process, to probe or disrupt the service, to resell access, or to try to extract other customers' data — every account is isolated, and attempting to cross that line is grounds for immediate termination. Don't use automated means to hammer the service beyond what the product is built for.
The advisor generates its answers with AI, and AI-generated answers can be wrong — confidently wrong, occasionally, including about numbers. Its output is generated advice, not fact, and not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. You stay responsible for your business decisions. Check anything that matters before you act on it, the way you'd check advice from a smart colleague who's sometimes mistaken. We work hard on accuracy, and the product tells you when it doesn't know something — but you should not treat any output as a guarantee.
The boundaries we keep are published on our trust page and they're part of the deal: no customer data, prompts, or transcripts are used to train AI models — same policy for Free as Pro; each site's data is isolated per tenant; and nothing learned from your site is shared unless you opt in. If these terms and the trust page ever seem to conflict, the stricter protection for you wins.
We own the service — the software, the design, the name. You own your data and your site's content. The advisor's answers to you are yours to use for your business; we claim no ownership over them.
You can stop using MembersIntel anytime: disconnect your sites, cancel Pro, and email us to delete your account. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms — for serious violations, immediately; otherwise we'll warn you first. If we ever discontinue the service, we'll give you reasonable notice and time to take your data with you.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" — we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and the AI-outputs section above applies to everything the advisor says. To the maximum extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for business decisions made in reliance on advisor output. [TBD — Allen: liability cap and carve-outs — e.g. cap at fees paid in the prior 12 months; carve-outs for data-protection breaches, gross negligence, willful misconduct.] Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of [TBD — Allen: governing law], and disputes go to [TBD — Allen: venue, and whether arbitration or courts]. Before it gets there, email us — most disputes are a misunderstanding or a bug, and we'd rather just fix it.
We can update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes we'll notify account holders before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that is acceptance. The date at the top always tells you when they last changed.
