MembersIntel is a sibling product from Caseproof, the company behind MemberPress. Same operators, same data model, same support team — kept as a separate product so AI can move at AI’s pace, not WordPress’s release cycle.
MembersIntel ships as part of the Caseproof org. The same engineers who maintain MP’s checkout, levels, and rules are the ones building this — which is why the data model fits so cleanly.
Operators we’ve worked with for a decade are not going to be the ones we surprise with sloppy data handling. Here is what we will and won’t do, in plain English.
If a MemberPress customer hasn’t signed up for MembersIntel, we don’t use their data — not in a feature, not in the global brain, not in marketing copy. The data lives in MemberPress, and MemberPress doesn’t share it sideways.
Per-site brains are partitioned at the storage layer. Retrieval is always tenant-scoped — chat for site A cannot reach into the brain of site B. Every system action that touches your data is audit-logged.
All “learning” happens through brain content updates and retrieval. No customer data, prompts, or transcripts are used to train Anthropic models, regardless of what the ToS would let us do. Same policy for Free users as Pro.
When Claude proposes anonymized brain entries from your site for the global corpus, a content lead reviews and edits before anything is published. You can opt out entirely in settings — and Pro accounts are opted out by default until you toggle it on.
DPA available on request. Right-to-delete is a button — your per-site brain, transcripts, and warehouse copy are removed within 30 days. We treat Free-user data identically to Pro-user data on deletion requests.
A standard DPA is available on request, including SCCs for EU data transfers. Subprocessors are listed publicly and updated whenever they change.
Free for MP customers, Pro at $29/mo per site. Two clicks, no card on Free.
