MembersIntel is a sibling product from Caseproof, the company behind MemberPress. Same operators, same data model, same support team — kept as a separate product so AI can move at AI’s pace, not WordPress’s release cycle.

MembersIntel ships as part of the Caseproof org. The same engineers who maintain MP’s checkout, levels, and rules are the ones building this — which is why the data model fits so cleanly.

The boundaries we keep.

Operators we’ve worked with for a decade are not going to be the ones we surprise with sloppy data handling. Here is what we will and won’t do, in plain English.

MP-only customers are off-limits.

If a MemberPress customer hasn’t signed up for MembersIntel, we don’t use their data — not in a feature, not in what the product knows, not in marketing copy. The data lives in MemberPress, and MemberPress doesn’t share it sideways.

Per-tenant data isolation.

Each site’s data and memory are partitioned at the storage layer, and every lookup is tenant-scoped — chat for site A cannot see anything from site B. Every system action that touches your data is audit-logged.

No model fine-tuning. Ever.

All “learning” happens in what the product remembers about your site. No customer data, prompts, or transcripts are used to train Anthropic models, regardless of what the ToS would let us do. Same policy for Free users as Pro.

Sharing is opt-in and human-reviewed.

If anything learned from your site would ever help other operators, it is anonymized and human-reviewed first — and nothing is shared unless you turn sharing on. Pro accounts have it off by default.

GDPR + CCPA from day one.

DPA available on request. Disconnect a site and everything we synced from it — members, transactions, subscriptions, engagement — is deleted immediately, along with the advisor’s business profile of that site; copies in automated backups expire within 14 days. Chat transcripts and account-level memory stay with your account so your history survives a reconnect. You can delete any chat in the app; to erase everything, delete your account by emailing trust@membersintel.com. Free-user requests are handled identically to Pro.

Security

How your data is held.

  • → In transit: TLS 1.3 between your site, our warehouse, and Anthropic.
  • → At rest: AES-256 on the warehouse and memory stores.
  • → Access: SSO + MFA on all engineering access. Production reads logged.
  • → Backups: Daily backups of warehouse + site memory retained 14 days; 7-day point-in-time recovery.
  • → SOC 2: Type I targeted within 12 months of launch.
DPA & subprocessors

The paperwork.

A standard DPA is available on request, including SCCs for EU data transfers. Every sub-processor this product uses to handle your site's data is listed below, with what it does and when we last checked. We update this list before a new one starts processing customer data.

  • · Google — Sign-in with Google, when you use it: receives your email and profile
  • · Google Search Console and Analytics — read-only, our own properties' search and traffic data for search-visibility measurement: no customer data leaves us, and nothing new is sent to Google
  • · Microsoft Bing Webmaster Tools — read-only, our own properties' Bing search data for search-visibility measurement: no customer data leaves us, and nothing new is sent to Microsoft
  • · Cloudflare — hosting, media delivery and bot protection for our sites and app; inbound email routing for our @membersintel.com addresses
  • · Stripe — billing. We send your email address; Stripe operates the checkout and billing pages where you enter your payment details.
  • · Resend — transactional email
  • · Voyage AI — embeddings for the content you index
  • · OpenAI — search-visibility probes: fixed marketing prompts only, no customer data
